You never see any scenes of Vulcan that shows a body of water, at least not from the surface.

Vulcan is a M Class Planet (have bodies of water, ice, oxygen and sea etc. just like earth) in the movie you can see a shot where there's even a sea in Vulcan

We saw lots of seas in Enterprise. Although I always loved seeing the giant statues.
